How do I return an item(s)?

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

How does it work?

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

You have a right to return a product within Seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging.

 
Non-returnable Products. You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

1. Products that have been used.

2. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

• If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your bank account by filling in the refund form we sent through email and sending it back to us. The whole process will take 2 to 3 days.

• if you paid by credit/debit card, we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card. The whole process will take 5 to 7 days.
